Christopher John Rogers accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all eveningwear and archival pieces are subject to a rigorous quality inspection before a refund is processed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Securely seal your package and attach the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location and retain your drop-off receipt until your refund has been confirmed via email.
